Shany joined Lovelace Engineering in 2022. Previously, she worked as a project engineer at a structural engineering company computing building forensic reports determining the cause of structural damage. She has construction remodeling experience which enables her to better understand the construction process and client needs. As a structural design engineer, Shany is inspired to ensure client satisfaction by designing safe and cost-effective engineering solutions.
When not working, Shany enjoys spending time with her family & friends, gardening, dancing, and horseback riding. She is a part of a non-profit project involving building a healing convalescence promoting medical diplomacy and peace in the Middle East.
