Ryan joined Lovelace Engineering at the end of 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. Since being a teenager, Ryan has worked in construction in a variety of ways. In addition to this experience, Ryan is a veteran who, during his military service, served as a mortarman with the 82nd Airborne Division for 2 tours in Afghanistan. After transitioning from the Army, Ryan earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University in 2018. Before joining Lovelace Engineering, he spent over six years as a design engineer specializing in custom residential projects and gained valuable experience as a structural plan reviewer. His diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between architectural visions and structural reality, helping clients navigate the technical process to bring their projects to life.
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys surfing and spending time with his dogs and family.
